Privacy Notice

Last updated: February 2025

This notice describes how FarCrowd's current public marketing site and product exploration experience handle information. It will be replaced with a more detailed notice before any production data collection or backend services are introduced.

No accounts today

The public site does not require or offer account creation. There is no sign-up, sign-in, or user profile system in place.

No production customer database

FarCrowd does not currently operate a production database of customer or user information. Nothing you view on this site is added to a customer record.

Contact form

The fields on the contact page are not transmitted to FarCrowd or stored on any server when you type them. Anything you enter is kept only in your own browser's local storage on your device so your draft is not lost, and it can be copied as plain text and sent yourself, for example through LinkedIn.

Product exploration experience

Where the site includes an interactive product-exploration experience, its workspace state (such as case details you enter while exploring) is stored in your own browser's local storage on your device. It is not synchronized to a remote server as part of this public site.

Map tiles

Where maps are shown, background map tiles may be requested from a third-party tile provider so the map can render. Such a request can include standard technical information like your IP address, handled according to that provider's own practices.

Cookies and analytics

The public site does not set marketing or tracking cookies as part of the experiences described above.

Future changes

This notice will be updated, and made more specific about data handling, storage location, and retention, before FarCrowd introduces production data collection or backend services.
